ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 177, 465, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 in Crime No.110 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner by producing fake community certificate, has joined as a police constable in the Tamil Nadu Police Department. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court had already granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6972 of 2020 dated 01.06.2020 with certain conditions. He further submits that due to some unavoidable circumstances the petitioner was unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, he has filed the present Criminal Original petition.

4. In view of the above as this Court had already anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the second anticipatory bail cannot be entertained at this stage. Hence this Court is inclined to grant two weeks time to the petitioner to execute sureties and to comply with the other conditions imposed by this Court in the Crl.O.P.No.6972 of 2020 dated 01.06.2020 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
