ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register FIR against the named said person Sivanandham S/o.Chellaiyan on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 08.11.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. side) on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.972 of 2021 has been registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 355 IPC and 3 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and the same is under investigation.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
