O R D E R

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the order dated 26.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9390 of 2020 by granting one month time to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate - IV, Puducherry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

26.06.2020 in Crl.OP.No.9390 of 2020. However, the petitioners herein could not be able to execute the sureties before the time frame fixed by this Court, due to Covid-19 complete lockdown in Puducherry. Now the petitioners are ready and willing to execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate. Therefore, he sought for modification of the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9390 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020.

3.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order in Crl.OP.No.9390 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate-IV, Puducherry, to execute the sureties on or before 14.09.2020. If the petitioners are failed to appear before the concerned Court on or before 14.09.2020, the order passed in Crl.OP.No.9390 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020 shall stand cancelled automatically.
