O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court on 09.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10277 of 2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10277 of 2020 dated 09.07.2020, the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10277 of 2020 dated 09.07.2020 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police 1st working day of every month, until further orders. 5.With the above observation, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
