Today when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant requested this Court to withdraw the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. He has also filed a memo to that effect. The contents of the Memo are extracted hereunder: "It is submitted that the above Appeal is preferred against the order of Sole Arbitrator dismissing the Advocate Commissioner Application filed under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

2.It is submitted that I have instructions from the appellant to withdraw the above CMA. Hence it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit me to withdraw the above CMA."

2.In view of the memo filed by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
