O R D E R

The prayer in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No. 22 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the defacto complainant and the petitioner has amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise.

3. In order to identify themselves, the petitioner and the defacto complainant have submitted the photo copies of their respective 1. Giri, Passport No.Z2000721, 2. P.Lavanya, Driving Licence No.F/TN/07X/022533/2007 and after verification of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

original cards, the same are recorded.

4. Today, the defacto complainant as well as the petitioner are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. An affidavit of the defacto complainant dated 05.10.2017 is also filed to the effect that the defacto complainant has no objection, if the present Criminal Original Petition is allowed.

5.Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime No. 22 of 2014 on the file of 1st respondent police is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. The affidavit filed by the second respondent/defacto complainant shall form part of the order.
