ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent register the complaint dated 01.10.2015 preferred before the 2nd respondent police and to investigate the same and consequently direct the respondent to monitor the investigation of the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the respondent police have not received the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
complaint dated 01.10.2015 which is said to have given by this petitioner. Further, he submitted that one Rose had given a complaint against this petitioner, in which, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.101 of 2015 and the same was closed. In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
