ORDER
In a proposed suit seeking for recovery of money along with damages and further relief, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the respondent/defendant before this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. 3.Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the substantial portion of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
the cause of action for the suit arose within the jurisdiction of this Court and requested this Court to allow the present application.
4.Upon considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this Application and being satisfied that the cause of action for the suit has arisen partly within the jurisdiction of this Court, A.No.1906 of 2025 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondents/ defendants before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order and list the same in due course.
