ORDER
The respondent-husband is already coming to Chennai for the hearing of the case filed by wife in D.V.A.C.No.4029 of 2013 before the Mahila Court, Chennai. So, there cannot be any impediment for him to coming to Chennai for the hearing of the case filed by him in H.M.O.P.No.66 of 2015 before the Family Court at Tirchirapalli, if the same is transferred to Chennai. However, considering the inconvenience that may be caused to the husband for attending both the above said cases in Chennai in two different forums, the parties can adjust themselves for the hearing of the both the matters on the same day in Chennai Courts. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.66 of 2015 pending on the file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of the Family Court at Trichirapalli, shall stand transferred to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai. The Tr.C.M.P. is ordered accordingly. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
