ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2025 requesting to cancel Patta Nos.769, 995 and 1029 for the properties more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, illegally the respondents 4 to 7 have obtained Patta Nos.769, 995 and 1029 for the properties more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. The petitioner seeks for cancellation of Patta Nos.769, 995 and 1029. The petitioner had given a representation on 09.09.2025 to the second respondent for the aforesaid purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 to 7 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 4 to 7 is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to any other party, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2025 seeking for cancellation of Patta Nos.769, 995 and 1029 after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 to 7 and any other party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2025 seeking for cancellation of Patta Nos.769, 995 and 1029 standing in the names of the respondents 4 to 7 for the properties more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the respondents 4 to 7 and any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
