Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for records relating to the impugned Tender/Auction Notification issued by the 2nd respondent in his Na.Ka.No.90/2017/Mines dated 06.07.2020, published in Tamil Daily namely Dhina Seithi dated 19.07.2020 and in English daily namely Trinity Mirror dated 20.07.2020 and subsequent Press news Notification dated 04.08.2020 postponing the tender and Auction of quarrying of 18 areas in Krishnagiri District on 04.09.2020 and 05.09.2020 respectively issued by the 2nd respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to call for tender applications afresh through E.Tender system instead of submitting the same in person at the office of the 4th respondent herein due to prevailing Covid-19 pandemic situation
and by strictly following the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules 1959 and 2015.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) In view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10791 of 2020 dated 27.08.2020, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. However, the order passed by this Court will not stand in the way of the respondents to proceed in accordance with law. In the event of any fresh tender being called, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
