ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to implead the petitioner proposed respondent L.Dhandapani, as the 2nd respondent in Crl.RC.No.725 of 2026 to enable him to participate in the proceedings. 2.Mr.R.Sagadevan, learned counsel appearing for K.Gowthaman has moved the impleading petition to implead the defacto complainant / 2nd Respondent.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent has no objection to allow this Petition.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the Office is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the Revision Case within a period of one week from today. 22-06-2026 (1/2) GV To Dhanraj N Kochar S/o.Late.
