A.No.7869 of 2014 in C.S.No.916 of 2010 R.SUBBIAH, J This application is filed to condone the delay of 1262 days in filing the written statement of D19.

2. This Court, by order, dated 09.02.2015 passed a conditional order, whereby directed the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras, Chennai.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the conditional order has been complied with and he has produced proof for the same.

4. In view of the same, this application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
