O R D E R
The above writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2015 and further direct the third respondent to repay a sum of Rs.1,90,000/- as per fixed deposit receipt Nos. 000023 & 000024 dated 12.03.2008, which attained maturity on 11.03.2013 with appropriate interest.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that she deposited a sum of Rs.1,90,000/- in Fixed Deposit with the third respondent on 12.03.2008 for a period of 60 months. The Fixed Deposit had matured on 11.03.2013, however, the third respondent has not repaid the deposited amount.
3. In these circumstances, the petitioner gave a representation dated 03.01.2015 for getting back the Fixed Deposit amount together with interest. However, according to the petitioner, the third respondent has not repaid the amount till this date. 4.

Venkatachalam, learned Government Advocate (Co-op) takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the third respondent may be directed to consider the representation dated 03.01.2015 within a stipulated time.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
