Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 3[2] a & b, 4[1], 5 [a] of Immoral Traffic [Prevention] Act in Crime No.177 of 2023, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that the petitioner is not an accused in this crime number.

3.The said statement made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) is recorded and accordingly, the criminal original petition is closed.
