The learned Advocate Commissioner would submit that the vehicle was seized and handed over to the applicant. In this regard, she has also filed a report dated 03.06.2024. Further, she has filed a memo seeking for additional remuneration.

2. The report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner is taken on record. Recording the above submission, the present application is closed.

3. Further, though the learned Advocate Commissioner requested this Court to fix a sum of Rs.70,000/- as additional remuneration, this Court is inclined to fix a sum of Rs.50,000/- as additional remuneration.

4. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- as additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner within a period of 2 weeks from today (05.06.2024).

5. Post this matter on 27.06.2024 for reporting compliance.
