ORDER
Since no adverse order is passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. Considering the nature of relief sought for in this writ petition, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on petitioners representation dated 04.03.2026 seeking preferential consideration for purch of the property in her long-standing possession situated at Periya Kankannankuppam Village, Cuddalore District, before proceeding with e-auction of the said property.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's husband late Arumugam was a bonafide member of Kalaimagal Sabha and even prior to the purchase of the property by Kalaimagal Sabba, they are in continuous possession and enjoyment of the schedule mentioned property. Subsequent to purchase, they were permitted to continue the possession by paying lease to the Sabbha. The petitioner's husband died on 02.04.2008 and thereafter, the petitioner is continuing the agricultural operations in the said land. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court in WA.Nos.472 of 2024 batch cases, One Man Commission headed by Hon'ble Justice S.S.Sundar (Retd) was appointed to monitor the affairs of Kalaimagal Sabha and steps are being taken to dispose of the Sabha property through e-auction.
It is the grievance of the petitioner in view of the petitioner's long standing possession for more than 30 years and membership status of her deceased husband she submitted representation dated 04.03.2026 before the respondent expressing her willingness to purchase the property paying the prevailing market value and seeking preferential consideration before conducting e-auction.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without
going into the merits of the case requests the respondent/One Man Commission to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2026 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
