This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct the further investigation in view of the Section 173(8) of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 in respect of FIR No.82/2019 dated 05.04.2019 through impartial and competent officer under the supervision of the 1st respondent and to secure the accused whose names are mentioned in the petitioner representation dated 15.04.2019.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that during the course of investigation, an altered FIR has been filed for an offence under Sections 147, 148, 302 read with 201, 120 B of IPC.
