O R D E R

This petition has been filed to withdraw the F.C.O.P.No.153 of 2015 pending on the file of Family Court, Chengalpattu and to transfer the same to the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

2. The petitioner/wife has filed a petition for divorce on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu. The petitioner/wife has come up with this present petition to transfer the original petition filed by her in F.C.O.P.No.153 of 2015, pending on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

3. Mr.P.M.Duraiswamy, entered appearance on behalf of the respondent/husband and has fairly submitted that in view of the inconvenience caused to the petitioner, the relief sought for can be granted.

By consent of the parties, original petition in F.C.O.P.No.153 of 2015, pending on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu is withdrawn and transferred to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, forthwith. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to re-number the Original Petition and dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
