These applications are filed to condone the delay of 276 days in filing the claim affidavit in Form No.66 before the respondent/Official Liquidator.
2. The learned Official Liquidator submitted that he has no objection in allowing these applications.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to allow these applications.
4. Accordingly, these Applications are allowed and the delay of 276 days is condoned.
