(The case has been heard through video conference) Today the matter is listed under the caption "for Being Mentioned".

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was already granted bail by this Court vide order dated 02.01.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34568 of 2019 on condition to "report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders." Thereafter, the said condition was modified vide Crl.M.P.No.1703 of 2020 dated 11.02.2020 to the effect that the petitioner to "report before the respondent police on the 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders." Thereafter, the petitioner moved a modification petition in Crl.M.P.No.5257 of 2020 and this Court was pleased to modify the said condition by order dated 03.09.2020. However, in the order it is wrongly mentioned as "to appear before the respondent police 1st and 3rd Monday of every Month until further orders". Hence, he prays for appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above submission so made by the learned Counsel 2/4

for the petitioner, para 4 in the order dated 03.09.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.5257 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34568 of 2019, to be read as follows; 4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1703 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34568 of 2019 dated 11.02.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. Registry is directed to make necessary corrections and issue a fresh order copy.
