The respondent was served with private notice with permission of the Court. The name of the respondent stands printed in the cause list. The respondent has not chosen to enter appearance either in-person or through counsel. Hence, this Court deems it appropriate to hear the submissions made on the side of the petitioner and pass orders. Accordingly, the submissions made by Mr.M.Guruprasad are heard.

2. The petition and other connected papers are perused. Upon such hearing and after such perusal, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is justified in seeking the transfer of the H.M.O.P.No.334 of 2015 filed by the respondent at Coimbatore to a Court within whose jurisdiction the petitioner[wife] resides.

3. Hence, the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the H.M.O.P.No.334 of 2015 pending on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Udumalaipet.
