ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 17.06.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offence under Section 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act in Cr.No.682 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) reported that the petitioner has already been arrested under Goondas Act.
