ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 26.04.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 336, 397, 506(ii) of IPC, Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.2138 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the second bail application filed before this Court. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons robbed gold jewels from the defacto complainant, abused him in filthy language and threatened to kill him. Hence, the complaint..

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has been in jail from 26.04.2021. Therefore, he prays to grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there are four previous cases pending as against the petitioner and he is a habitual offender. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there are four previous cases pending as against the petitioner and earlier application was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
