The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for transferring the case. 3.Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the case in R.C.O.P.No.1675 of 2014 is ordered to be transferred from the file of learned XIV Small Causes Judge, Chennai to the file of the learned XI Small Causes Judge, Chennai. The learned XIV Small Causes Judge, Chennai is directed to transmit forthwith the records in R.C.O.P.No.1675 of 2014 to the file of the learned XI Small Causes Judge, Chennai. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
