Crl.MP.No.12387 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.5185 of 2013 T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J, I have heard Mr.R.Ramkumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.R.Surya Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent.

2. This is a petition filed by the petitioners seeking to amend the order passed in MP.No.1 of 2013 in Crl.O.P.No.

5185 of 2013 dated 13.6.2014.

3. It is pointed out that the calender case number has been incorrectly mentioned in the order, which appears to be an inadvertent and typographical error.

4. Accordingly, accepting the stand of the petitioners, this petition for amendment is allowed as prayed for.

Registry is directed to issue the amended order copy on 04.9.2019.
