The learned Advocate Commissioner would submit that the vehicle was seized and handed over to the applicant. In this regard, he has also filed a report dated 28.05.2024.

2. Further, he would submit that initially, it was informed to him that the subject vehicle was at Mumbai, however, when he visited Mumbai, the vehicle was not available since the same was moved to Pune and hence, he travelled to Pune for seizure of vehicle. Thus, he requests this Court consider the efforts made by him and fix a sum of Rs.50,000/- as additional remuneration.

3. The report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner is taken on record.

Recording the above submission, the present application is closed.

4. Considering the efforts made by the learned Advocate Commissioner, the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- as additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner within a period of 2 weeks from today (05.06.2024).

5. Post this matter on 27.06.2024 for reporting compliance.
