This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2014 subsequently reminder letter dated 07.06.2024.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 07.06.2024 with a request to transfer of patta, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
