When the writ Petition was listed for hearing on 30.08.2018, none appeared on behalf of the writ petitioner. The case was listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 03.09.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

On that day also, there was no representation on the side of the writ petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity, again the matter was listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 05.09.2018. Even today (05.09.2018), when the matter was called, none appeared for the writ petitioner.

2. In the light of the fact that there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, it is evident that the petitioner is not willing to get along with the matter and therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
