This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner/appellant in M.P.No.1 of 2013 in Crl.A.No.750 of 2012 vide order dated 13.06.2013, to appear before the trial Court once in every three months on the first working day of the particular month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that the petitioner is aged about 60 years and due to his old age ailments, he is facing difficulties to appear before the trial Court. Therefore, he prayed to relax the condition.

3. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered and the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2013 in Crl.A.No.750 of 2012 vide order dated 13.06.2013, is totally relaxed. 04.06.2024 vkr VIVEK KUMAR SINGH, J.
