Complaining that the order dated 02.11.2022 has not been complied with, this present Contempt Petition is filed. 1/4

2. This Court, by its order dated 25.09.2024 issued a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's application in terms of Section 10 of Patta Pass Book Act,1983 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of filing of the application.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that pursuant to the said direction, an order has been passed on 05.08.2024 and hence, there is no wilful disobedience. He has also produced the copy of the order dated 05.08.2024.

4. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
