This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 2nd respondent from proceeding with any enquiry under Section 160 of the Criminal Procedure Code, without resorting to due process of law. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate informed that the complaint was closed as early as on 05.02.2013 itself.
