VIII Small Causes Court, Chennai, which is confirming the order dated 30.04.2015 passed in M.P.No.823 o 1998 in R.C.O.P.No.2848 of 1997 on the file of the XVI Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2. On several occasions ie., 04.04.2024, 24.04.2024 and 05.06.2024, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this case was directed to be listed on 20.06.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Today, also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case.

2. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaenous petition is closed.
