(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J.) This petition is filed for accepting the cause title, where the array of the second petitioner will read that she has attained majority. When the Original Petition was initially filed, the array revealed that the second petitioner was a minor as she was 11⁄2 years then and was represented by her mother and natural guardian J.Padmavathi, who is the first petitioner.

2. The date of birth of the second petitioner is 07.09.1999 as set out in paragraph 2 of affidavit dated 15.03.2024 seeking acceptance of cause title as well as in paragraph 11 of order dated 28.04.2023 passed in Testamentary Original Suit No.78 of 2013 (O.P.No.559 of 2002).

3. Proceeding on the basis that the above said date is correct, this Miscellaneous Petition seeking acceptance of cause title is ordered. P2 will now read as 'Monica, (F/A-24), D/o Late Vijayasekar, Res:No.3, Thanthai Periyar Nagar, 1st Cross Street, Kumanan Chavadi, Chennai - 600 056.

4. Registry is directed to number the Original Side Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
