The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 176 days in filing the Criminal Revision as against the order dated 01.08.2023 passed in M.C.No.5 of 2019 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Mettur.

2. Mr.S.Venkatesh learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
