ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.84 of 2015 from the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai to Sub Court, Tiruvallur.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the above H.M.O.P.No.84 of 2015 is dismissed for default on 15.03.2016. Subsequently, it was not restored to file. In the said circumstances, he seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh Tr.C.M.P., if it is restored. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this transfer CMP is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No Costs.
