RAJA PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The above petition is filed praying to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner on 20.06.2016 in Crl.MP.No.6601 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.60 of 2015 to relax the condition of the appearance of the petitioner on the first working day at 10.30 a.m., once in three months before the learned Special Judge, (Special Court for Trial of Cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act), Salem, pending disposal of the above appeal.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to the petitioner's gynecological problem, she is not in a position to sign once in three months.

3. Learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court without any default.

4. In the circumstances, this court is inclined to modify the order dated 20.06.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.6601 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.60 of 2015. Accordingly, the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Judge, (Special Court for Trial of Cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act), Salem, at 10.30 a.m., on the
