C.M.P.Nos.15644 & 15645 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.20940 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 420 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.9,000/- in CMA as against the award dated 05.08.2021 made in MACTOP.No.8611/2015 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, IV Court of Small Causes, Chennai (ii) to condone the delay of 410 days in representing the CMA as against the award dated 05.08.2023 made in MACTOP.No.8611 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, IV Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. I have gone through the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and I am of the view that the petitions may be allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai in each of the petitions.
