ORDER

Seeking Accident Relief Fund, the petitioner has made a representation dated 16-12-2013. It is the case of the petitioner that the said request has been made in pursuance of the death of the husband of the petitioner on 31-07-2012 by motor vehicle accident. As the said representation has not yet been disposed of, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3.

Considering the limited prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to submit the representation afresh enclosing a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and on such representation, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law and pass orders thereon, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
