O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for direction directing the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 05.08.2020 in CSR.No.110 of 2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry in C.S.R.No.110 of 2020 dated 05.08.2020 has been conducted and the same is closed on 31.08.2020.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file private complaint, if so advised.
