ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to call for all the records and quash all the proceedings in Crime No.29 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.It is represented that the petitioner is one of the counsel on the panel of advocates and given opinion for obtaining loan. Therefore, he has nothing to do with the agreement as alleged by the 2nd respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances, the first respondent is hereby directed to delete the name of the petitioner from the Crime No.29 of 2019 registered on its file and complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
