O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to take further investigation in crime No.20 of 2025 pending on the file of

the first respondent to secure the petitioner's son namely P.Magesh S/o.Pakkriswamy aged about 35 years, and to produce to the petitioner. 2.

It is the case of the petitioner that her son, who had a short memory loss at the time of treatment in hospital, was missing. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 26.03.2025 before the first respondent. However, no action has been taken so far. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police seeks four months time for further investigation. 4.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to conduct further investigation in crime No.20 of 2025 pending on his file and to secure the petitioner's son namely P.Magesh S/o.Pakkriswamy aged about 35 years and to produce to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
