The only reason why the petitioner seeks modification of the condition to produce the original R.C. Book and insurance certificate is that he intends to take his vehicle outside the state and in the absence of the original R.C. Book, it may not be possible.

2. I am of the view that, instead of directing the trial Court not to insist to produce the original R.C Book and insurance certificate, it would be appropriate that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi issues a certificate to the petitioner, stating that that original R.C Book and Insurance certificate are in the possession of the Court in connection with Crime No. 636 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Avinashi Police Station, Avinashi. That certificate shall be issued as expeditiously as possible.

With the above observations and directions, the criminal original petitin is disposed of.
