ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday

at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6375 of 2025 dated 06.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6375 of 2025 dated 06.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders .
