The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 19.07.2018 and proceed the same in accordance with law within a stipulated time. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the members of the petitioner union are non-teaching staffs employed in the second respondent Medical College, but they are not being paid minimum salary as per the UGC norms even after the award of the Industrial Tribunal - cum - Labour Court at Puducherry in I.D (T).No.14/2009 dated 08.02.2018. In this regard, the petitioner union made complaint dated 19.07.2018 to the first respondent and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, without going into the merits of the case, this Court may issue direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 19.07.2018 and to pass appropriate orders. 2/4
4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the fist respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 19.07.2018, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already considered and communicate the decision to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is disposed of.
