ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 03.07.2016 in CSR No.276 of 2015 and to investigate the same.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 03.07.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.276 of 2015 before the respondent Police.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
