Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to survey the lands, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner, based on the petitioner's online applications both dated 29.09.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims that she is the owner of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. She has filed two online applications both dated 29.09.2025 seeking for survey of the the lands, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition on 02.02.2026 and also seeking for issuance of transfer of patta in her name. Since the same have not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice will be caused to respondents 2 and 3 if the said authorities are directed to consider the online applications both dated 29.09.2025 submitted by the petitioner seeking for survey of the lands, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and seeking for issuance

of transfer of patta, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by issuing the following directions:

a)Respondents 2 and 3 are directed to survey the lands, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;

b) If the petitioner is eligible for the issuance of transfer of patta in her name for the property surveyed by the respondents, the second respondent shall issue transfer of patta for the property in favour of the petitioner, within a period of 6 weeks from the date when the survey of the land is completed after hearing all the necessary parties;

No Costs.
