This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e. on every Saturday at 10.00a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter weekly once, till the filing of charge sheet in Crl.M.P.No.138 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26985 of dated 08.01.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and final report is not filed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until final report is filed.
