O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the cases pending in Crime No.347 of 2020 on the file of the 4th respondent and Crime No.41 of 2020 on the file of the 5th respondent to the 2nd respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is being the wife of the accused in both the Crime Nos.347 and 41 of 2020 filed this petition for transfer of investigation. Already both 2/4

the cases in Crime Nos. 347 and 41 of 2020 on the file of the 4th and 5th respondent have been forwarded by the Superintendent of Police, Ramanad to EOW, Madurai, for investigation in both the cases and it is pending for administrative order.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
