Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 307 of IPC and in Crime No.591 of 2008 on the file of the respondent police in S.C.No.101 of 2009 on the file of the Sub Court, Mannargudi the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the petitioner has not appeared before the Court on 08.10.2009, Non bailable warrant has been issued against him.

Heard Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

4. Considering the submissions on either side, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court and to file necessary application and it shall be considered by the Magistrate in accordance with law.
